Financial sustainability is the mix of revenue and expense management strategies that enable an organization to pursue its mission and mandate over the long term.
The program will focus on the four core competencies of financial sustainability:
- Strategic Thinking & Practices
- Financial Practices
- Fund Development
- The Capacity to Innovate
Participants will use an assessment tool to measure internal organizational competencies in each of the four core areas of financial sustainability. Building on that initial assessment, participants will have new tools for creating a financial sustainability plan to improve organizational practices in one or all areas.
The cost of the event is $60.00. Nutrition snacks will be provided, but participants are responsible for their own lunch.
